Service Description

Reiki has been around for centuries, it can help relieve stress, aid sleep, calm the mind, lift the mood and so much more. The healing energy is passed through the practitioner into the client. Here is what you may experience in the session: • Heat or coolness coming from the practitioner’s hands. • Energy moving around in the body. • A deep sense of relaxation. • An emotional release. • Sleep. • A sense of others in the room helping. • You may see colours or images. • Old memories may come into the conscious mind. • You may become aware of different emotions coming up. I have being doing Reiki for over 20 years, so it has developed into so much more, it can help you to; shift old energy, limiting beliefs and can help bring you back to yourself.
