Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, please read the below for our policies.

Products Returns

You must contact us within 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you received your item damaged, we would require photographs of the packaging and the item as it was originally received.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Services, Events and Retreats

 

Please note we are unable to provide refunds for services or events that have taken place or once set up (distance healing)

 

Please note to cancel an event we will need a request at least 48 hours prior to the event, failure to advise us within 48 hours may result in cancellation charges. For retreat cancellations please advise us as soon as possible of your cancellation, refunds will only be given if we can refill your spot.

Covid-19

 

If any Service, event, or retreat is cancelled due to Covid-19 we will provide you with a full refund.
