Service Description
Sound Healing can cause tears and laughter in equal measure. It is a deeply relaxing and moving treatment that harnesses the sound and vibrations of the gong, singing bowls and drum to create a meditative state in which the body is safe to release stress and bring both body and mind back into balance. A 1 hour 1:1 Gong bath is a private session which includes meditation and sound healing with various instruments, which can include singing bowls, drums , chimes as well as gongs. Please remember, I am not a talking therapist, ideally we want to stay out of our mental bodies and keep the conversation to a minimum for the vibration to stay high. So please just tell me the most important thing you want to work on for the session and then we can begin.
