About the event
This past year has been a challenging time for the whole world. We have all had our own experiences and challenges to deal with and to overcome, but hopefully we have discovered new things about ourselves, which has allowed us to grow and develop.
This gong bath will help to clear away the old energy and welcome in the new. I look forward to seeing you all back at the self centre so we can clear away this energy together.
New Procedures: Following Government Guidance for Covid 19 our capacity for this class is now 9, so spaces are limited. Please bring your own blankets, cushions, bolsters, eye pillows and mats, if you need them, as we are restricted in the equipment we can share.
Vicky will meet you at the front door and allow everyone through to the Studio. Face coverings must be worn until you are safely settled on your mat, you may then remove them if you wish to. We have allowed 2.3m between you so there will be plenty of space to relax.
Cost: £13.00pp No concessions or member discounts are available for the Gong meditation sessions.
Booking: Please make sure you book in advance, which you can do either online via The Self Centre website, 'mindbody' app or by phone 01284 769090.
Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice is required for a full refund.
All classes require a minimum number to run. If this number is not reached the class will be cancelled.
If you have any health conditions that you feel I need to know about before the gong bath please contact me directly at the self centre to discuss it with me. My email address is victoria2warner@gmail.com
Contra-indications: Gong is not suitable for those with tinnitus/Meniere's/epilepsy or any condition where the condition leave you sensitive to sound. Any kind of metal surgical implants or screws and pacemakers can resonate with the sound and may cause discomfort.
