Nurture and Nourish Mini Retreat

This session, will  of course incourporate gong, TRE, drum journeying and cacao.  You will have the opportunity to just let yourself be, with nothing to do apart from, relax and allow yourself to empty of anything that no longer serves you, while new higher vibrational energy fills you up.   

The retreat will, as always be intuitively lead, and I will go with the flow of the group. 

Exchange - I am offering 3 prices that will hopefully accommodate clients price ranges.  Please pay what you feel you can afford.

What to Bring with you -  bring your own mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets and anything else to make yourself comfortable. I do not have any that I can provide, also you may want to bring your own lunch with you, as i'm not sure there is any shops in walking distance that you can get to from the hall. 

There is a fridge to put your lunch in, if you wish to bring some, I will be providing snacks and drinks for the day.

Please note to attend this event you will need to have come for at least one healing session, be a client referral or someone who comes regularly to my gong baths and is well on their spiritual journey.    Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
