Intention, Reflection and Integration Retreat

Join Ying and Vicky at a unique eco-friendly sanctuary for a 3 night stay.

You will be free to enjoy 21 acre's of pure, blissful nature. This includes a lake which you can relax by or even take a dip in if you are brave enough.

You can chill out in the sanctuary/zen garden and if you don't fancy the lake you can swim in the naturally filtered heated pool.

There will be organic homegrown or locally sourced food, crafted for you, and not to forget, the water from the delicious fresh chalk well is available at every tap.

Things to look forward to at the retreat -

Cacao ceremonies, meditation, breathwork, gong and sound healing and also some yoga if you fancy it.

You are free to do as much or as little as you like.

This retreat is created to nourish mind, body and soul, where you can rest with like minded people, set your intentions and have time to reflect and integrate new energy and ideas.
