About the event
The evening opens in a softly held, energetically protected space with a heart-warming cacao ceremony. Vicky gently guides participants through a meditation attuned to the ancestral energies of All Hallows Eve, inviting a deep connection to inner wisdom. Guests are welcome to journal their intentions or simply sit in silence, allowing the cacao to open the heart and deepen the experience.
Following this, a restorative yin yoga sequence unfolds, with each pose chosen to release tension and encourage quiet introspection.
The final chapter of the evening is a journey into sound with a gong bath, guiding participants into a dreamlike state through the resonance of gongs, crystal bowls, and rattles. A visualization invites connection with spirit guides or inner messages that may arise.
The workshop closes in silence, offering space for reflection and journaling.
