Embodiment Retreat

This retreat is all about getting into your body and really embracing the person you want to be. 

When you are embodied spiritually it means that you not only understand the theory of it with your mind, but you can also anchor it into your human being.

Embodiment is the step that makes it practical, lived, a spiritual experience in your skin.

This retreat will start with a cacao and drum journey to retrieve any soul parts that are ready to come back and be fully intergrated once again into your body. This will be followed with a gong bath to clear any old patterns and stuck energy that has been holding you back.  The rest of the day will flow organically with more sound healing and regression work.  

There will be plently of breaks for you to intergrate anything that has come up and of course I will be there to support you in your work. 

To me, being embodied means being fully present with myself about a certain situation and allowing those uncomfortable feelings to come up and really look at them, without pushing them away or suppressing them.  To fully understand yourself you have to look at all parts of you, this is how we can fully understand and embody it in all of our being. 

This retreat only has space for 11 people and the last retreat sold out in 2 days so if this feels right to you you can either book straight through the website or you can contact me directly if you need to pay in 2 installements. 

There will be snacks and refreshements provided by the lovely Anna as well as a lovely lunch to keep you nourished and grounded throughout the day.
