Cycles of Life

Have you ever stopped to notice the cycles of the earth? The changing of the seasons and the moods and energies it provokes in everyone and everything. Nothing stay’s the same it is forever changing.

In Autumn the leaves on the trees change colour and fall away, allowing the tree to be seen in a different way. Striped bare of its cover you get to see another side of it.

What have you noticed as a recurring pattern in your life that you can strip bare and really look at? What are you ready to reflect on and let go off?

As usual I go with the feeling of the group on the day but there will be cacao, gongs, drum journeys, shaking and lovely food by Anna as always. There will also be time to bond with others in the group as well as time to reflect and write things down, pull some cards and end with a fire ceremony (weather permitting) to fully release and let go of an old pattern that no longer serves you.
