After more than thirty years and thousands of sessions, the way I work has become less about choosing a particular therapy and much more about understanding the person in front of me.
I draw from a wide range of healing practices and experience, choosing what feels most appropriate for you and where you are that day.
Sometimes that means sound. Sometimes energy work, Reiki or TRE. Often it’s a combination.
You don’t need to arrive knowing what kind of healing you need. We begin with you, and work from there.
