For those looking to prioritize self-care and healing, this can be a transformational course. Through this weekend : Participants will receive a Reiki Level One Attunement. A comprehensive Reiki One Workbook, Guidance on grounding, protecting, and clearing their energy. You will learn about the first 3 chakras, which is your foundation, and is quite often imbalanced in todays world. Individuals can empower themselves to take control of their own well-being. Join me for a weekend and discover the importance of putting yourself first and embarking on a journey towards self-healing and inner balance. The aims of the course are: - To equip you with the required knowledge, experience, and confidence to work on your own self-healing journey. - To equip you with the required knowledge, experience, and confidence to perform Reiki on yourselves. - To equip you with the relevant knowledge and experience to make a confident decision about whether you wish to carry on to Reiki 2. Please note Reiki 1 is a self-healing journey. It does not enable you to practice on others, including friends and family in a professional capacity. At the end of each day, you will receive a gong bath to integrate your energy.
